    To answer questions – this was reconstruction not cosmetic (not implants). It was necessary medically.
    I really appreciate all of the warm comments and understand the ones where people thought this was a cosmetic decision.

    I will keep my comment ‘nice’, but it won’t be flattering. They just look fake; not natural at all. That goes for the tits and the nipples. Not appealing to me. Now, in a bra, and under a shirt, I’m sure they’ll look fine. Probably look ok in a modest swimsuit as well. Also, lots of guys are into fake and fake-looking tits. So I’m sure you’ll get some positive reviews. And they could look a lot worse. So overall, I would tell you not to be insecure.
